On April 25, 2014, the Harrisonburg Education Foundation hosted its 3rd Annual Gala, “A Night in Nashville” in the Barn at Kline's Mill. |
The Gala’s focus is to raise money for the Harrisonburg Education Foundation as well as to highlight the students, staff, administrators and teachers of the Harrisonburg City Public Schools.
The 2014 Gala was attended by approximately 250 people. The event, in addition to the regularly featured live and silent auctions, included country line dancing lessons, live music, a hats and holsters raffle, and items designated as
"Teacher Features"- items or services donated by teachers at each of the eight schools.
The Harrisonburg Education Foundation would like to thank all the businesses, community members and HCPS personnel who contributed to the success of the Gala by either sponsoring the event or donating items or services to the auction.
